Our Program Goal is to conduct an independent clinical assessment to determine the level of need for each patient and recommend the most suitable, least restrictive service to address their presenting problem effectively.

The program’s primary objective is to keep patients in the community setting, preventing hospitalization or re-hospitalization. We provide normative environments that prioritize safety and security while stabilizing patients in mental health crisis. Additionally, we leverage the community’s resources and natural support systems to facilitate ongoing maintenance and rehabilitation.

Similar to a hospital emergency department, Refine welcomes all walk-ins, as well as drop-offs by ambulance, fire, and police.

Our facility is designed with chairs and recliners to ensure maximum flexibility in capacity and client flow.
